What is your application fee?

There is no initial fee to apply for a unit. If your application is approved, a $45.00 application fee is added to your total move-in costs.  We require a rental application to be completed by all adults (age 18 or older) who will occupy the unit.

Will you prorate the rent?

Yes, the rent will be prorated depending on the day you move in. If you move into the apartment on the 10th of the month, ten days’ rent will be subtracted from your total move-in cost. You can move in as the unit is available and your application has been approved.

*Rent is always due on the first of the month. 

How are security deposits refunded?

Security deposits are refunded after the stay, provided you have fulfilled all of the terms and conditions of your occupancy agreement. Your security deposit will be forwarded to your new address within 14 days of vacating the unit.

*RENT DEPOSITS MAY NOT BE APPLIED TO UNPAID RENT. PET DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

How much is the security deposit?

The Security deposit amount is the same as one month’s rent for a unit. The deposit must be paid at the time of move-in.

How soon can I move in?

Applications are processed within two days. You can move in as soon as your application is approved.

Do you allow pets?

Pets may be allowed in approved units with prior written permission from management. Approval depends on the animal’s size, breed, property restrictions, and rental references.

Approved pets are subject to a monthly pet rent along with any applicable pet fees or deposits.

Some properties are pet-free. Applicants or residents who require an assistance animal due to a disability may submit a reasonable accommodation request. Assistance animals are not considered pets and are not subject to pet rent, pet fees, or pet deposits when approved.

How do I pay rent?

We accept rent payments in cash, cashier's checks, money orders, or credit cards. A 3% transaction fee is added to all credit card transactions.

Is the unit available the same as the one in the photos?

The units available may be different than the ones in the photos. All of the units have the same amenities and similar furnishings. Exact square footage may vary.
